Introduction
ROM or read-only memory is a type of storage device used in mobile phones, computers, tablets and other electronic devices. RAM data cannot be changed very easily. But it is not impossible. But its change is very slow or difficult. However, like RAM, memory that retains data even when the power is turned off is EPROM, EEPROM, or flash memory. EPROM, EEPROM or flash memory is similar to RAM but they have different features. Conventional solid state ROM is as old as semiconductor technology. Arbitrary data or value m-bit n-bit address arbitrary data output using combinational logic gates. Mask ROM came into being after the invention of the integrated circuit. As recently as 2007, Toshiba developed NAND flash. They claim that it works as an alternative to hard disk and they also say that it has high endurance, small size, low power consumption.
Use for data storage:
Since the data in ROM cannot be changed easily, only those data that do not need to be easily changed are written to it. For this reason, ROM is used to store look-up tables in various computers. It is very effective. In modern computers, RAM is no longer stored. However, flash ROMs now act as a data storage medium or secondary storage medium.

DRAM (eg DDR SDRAM)
Esram
Still working on T-RAM or Z-RAM
Together they are called volatile.
